Court rejects Aryan Khan’s bail plea in Cruise Drugs Case

The bail application of Aryan Khan, son of Indian actor, film producer, and television personality Shah Rukh Khan, has been rejected once again by the Mumbai Sessions Court.

According to media reports, the Mumbai Sessions Court has rejected the bail pleas of accused Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Manmohan Dhamicha in the cruise ship drug case. Aryan Khan could not be released on bail due to which he will have to spend some more time in jail.

According to Indian media, Aryan Khan’s lawyer has now decided to approach the Mumbai High Court for bail.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai on October 2, 2021 and arrested eight people, including Shah Rukh’s son. On October 14, 2021, the court had ordered Aryan Khan to be sent to jail till October 20, 2021.

According to Indian media, NCB officials say that during the interrogation, Aryan Khan revealed that he used drugs even when he was in the United States (US) and Dubai.

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son Aryan Khan, arrested on charges of cruise drugs party, had earlier confessed that he has been taking drugs for four years in front of the NCB.

According to Indian media reports, the NCB raided a party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai yesterday, during which eight people, including Shah Rukh’s son, were arrested.

During the operation, NCB officials confiscated Aryan Khan’s phone and said that Aryan’s phone was being scanned to find concrete evidence of the actor’s son’s involvement in drug use and sale. The court later ordered Aryan Khan to be sent to jail on a one-day remand.
