Court summons property tycoon in fraud case
Islamabad, Oct 15: Anti-corruption court has once again summoned business tycoon Malik Riaz in a fraud case.
Property tycoon Malik Riaz and other ten person have been accused of illegally acquiring a 1,401 kanal land in Rawalpindi for Bahria town. The case was heard by anti corruption court Judge Rana Nisar.
Bahria Town’s owner Malik Riaz couldn’t appear before court because he is currently abroad, his lawyer told the court. A request for exemption from appearing and hearing was submitted in court and court approved that application.
The case has been postponed till November 4.
