Court to indict Imran Khan in Toshakhana case on May 10

A local court in Islamabad on Friday has declared the Toshakhana criminal case maintainable and announced to indict PTI Chairman Imran Khan on May 10.

Pronouncing the reserved verdict on Friday, Islamabad District and Sessions Court Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar said the indictment will take place on May 10.

The judge rejected all pleas of the former prime minister and ordered him to appear before the court in person on May 10.

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) lawyers Saad Hassan and Amjad Parvez, Imran Khan’s lawyers Khawaja Haris and Khalid Yusuf, and PML-N leader Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha appeared before the court
