COVID-19: 1.5 million face masks recovered from Islamabad

Islamabad, 17th March: According to the reports of Baaghi TV, more than 1.5 million masks were found during a raid in the federal capital Islamabad.

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Omar Randhawa raided F 7 area of the federal capital Islamabad, during a raid on a house, seized close to 1.5 million masks worth more than Rs 200 million.

COVID-19: The toll reached 200 in Pakistan

Four Chinese residents in the house were also arrested and the purpose of the masks stored is not yet known to the Chinese people. The police have arrested the Chinese residents from the house for legal action and they will be transferred to the police station for further investigation.

It may be noted that almost 200 coronavirus cases have been reported so far in Pakistan.
