According to reports, total number of active COVID-19 cases across Pakistan reaches 15,807. With 1,049 cases confirmed on the 5th of May. A total of 22,550 cases detected so far.

- 386 in Gilgit-Baltistan
- 485 in Islamabad
- 3,499 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
- 8,420 in Punjab
- 8,189 in Sindh
According to reports, 6,217 positive cases have recovered till latest reports, of the National Command and Operation Center. Reportedly, 203 patients are critical. While, 526 deaths reported between the 4th and 5th of May.

According to reports, 232,582 tests have been conducted across Pakistan with 10,178 being detected on the 5th of May. 736 hospitals with COVID-19 facilities are currently administering with 4,405 patients admitted across the country.
