Lahore25th November: Amid the second wave of coronavirus in Pakistan, many health workers are also getting infected with the deadly disease. According to the report of Baaghi TV, health professionals from the Mayo Hospital Lahore are suffering from coronavirus. As per reports, 12 health professionals at the Mayo Hospital Lahore, including nurses have succumbed to the disease. Among those infected with COVID-19, 9 are doctors and 3 are nurses. All medical staff infected with coronavirus have been isolated. Mayo Hospital CEO Prof. Asad Aslam said that more than 50 medical staff are undergoing corona tests at the hospital. The hospital management has appealed to the patients to cooperate with the management. They urged that the least number of relatives should come to the hospital. It is reported by Baaghi TV that more than 3,000 cases of coronavirus came to light in 24 hours while 59 people have died due to the deadly virus in one day. The number of deaths from corona in the country has risen to 7,803.
