PIA cancels working agreements with PALPA and other associations
It is noteworthy that most of the repatriation flights of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) are one-way flights. The crew and passengers of the ship are operated in accordance with the international rules and regulations laid down by the quarantine. Thus the number of passengers cannot go beyond a certain limit.
Pakistan’s ambassador and high commissioner to foreign countries are responsible for compiling a priority list of stranded passengers. In this regard, coherent, comprehensive, and actionable instructions have been issued to the concerned agencies and Pakistani embassies abroad.
The day and night efforts of all concerned authorities, including doctors, medical staff, law enforcement agencies, and the civil administration, have increased testing and quarantine arrangements to enable more Pakistanis to return home.
