COVID-19 increasing at an alarming number in Punjab
Lahore, 7th June: The number of coronavirus cases in Punjab is on the rise with 1,782 new cases reported the toll has increased.
According to the Baaghi TV report, the spokesperson of the Primary and Secondary Health Care Department, Corona Monitoring Room, said that 1,782 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Punjab, bringing the total number to 37,090.
691 cases were reported in Lahore, 7 in Nankana, 19 in Kasur, 13 in Sheikhupura, 143 in Rawalpindi, 1 in Jhelum, 5 in Attock, 1 in Chakwal, 58 in Gujranwala and 31 in Sialkot.

Narowal 7, Gujrat 84, Hafizabad 6, Mandi Bahauddin 2, Multan 111, Khanewal 5, Vehari 16, Faisalabad 291, Chiniot 2, Toba 6, Jhang 4, Rahim Yar Khan 15 new cases came to light.
Sargodha 4, Mianwali 4, Khushab 1, Bahawanagar 10, Bahawalpur 37, DG Khan 133, Muzaffargarh 41, Layyah 12, Sahiwal 6, Okara 10, Pakpattan 6 new cases have emerged.
There have been 24 more deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the total number to 683.
So far 282807 have been tested.
The public is asked to take precautionary measures to protect themselves and contact 1033 immediately if symptoms of coronavirus appear.
