Statistics released by the National Command & Operation Centre (NCOC) show that over 500 new cases have surfaced across Pakistan.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, 566 people tested COVID positive on the 25th of September. 7 people lost lives during last 24 hours, 4 died in the hospital while 3 patients died out of the hospital on the 25th of September. Reportedly, total number of active cases in Pakistan have reached 7,797 as of 26th September.
It is to be noted that 40,167 tests have been conducted on the 25th of September with Sindh at 16,976, Punjab at 12,735, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) at 4,319, Islamabad at 4,097, Balochistan at 1,074, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) at 227, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) at 739. Meanwhile, 295,333 people have recovered so far across Pakistan, making it a significant count.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, there is no patient on ventilator in the AJK and Balochistan regions. 104 ventilators occupied across Pakistan out of 1,912 ventilators allocated for COVID-19.
It is to be noted that, a total of 309,581 cases detected so far with AJK at 2,630, Balochistan at 14,932, GB at 3,635, Islamabad at 16,367, KP at 37,588, Punjab at 98,941, Sindh at 135,488. Meanwhile, the death toll has reached 6,451. Sindh is at 2,481 (1 Died in hospital and 3 died out of hospital on 25 Sep), Punjab is at 2,229 (no deaths), KP is at 1,259 (1 Died in hospital on 25 Sep), Islamabad is at 181 (no deaths), Balochistan is at 145 (no deaths), GB is at 85 (1 Died in hospital on 25 Sep), AJK is at 71 (1 Died in hospital on 25 Sep).
It is to be noted that 3,384,186 tests have been conducted since the outbreak. 735 hospitals are providing COVID-19 facilities to 874 patients admitted across the country.
