The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has completed 100 days of effort against the spread of COVID-19 in Pakistan. Statistics show that 125,094 people have recovered from the novel coronavirus till date.
According to the reports of Baaghi TV, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) has completed a 100 days of national effort in combating the virus spread. Latest statistics released by the NCOC show that the number of recovered cases is greater than active cases across Pakistan.
It is to be noted that so far, 125,094 people have recovered in Pakistan with the total number of active cases reported at 95,570 across state. According to reports, 3,387 new cases have been confirmed in the last 24 hours while, 68 casualties have been reported in the last 24 hours.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, 22,050 tests have been conducted on the 3rd of July. It is reported that the number of cases reported on 3rd July, 2020 across: Sindh was 10,027, in Punjab the numbers have peaked at 7,196, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa the number of cases was reported as 1,845, while the cases in Islamabad were reported as 2,327, cases in Balochistan were at 325, while Gilgit-Baltistan was at 70 and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) at 260.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, national leadership is expected to visit hospitals and other healthcare facilities across Pakistan in order to pay tribute to the front-line heroes who are actively fighting to contain the spread of COVID-19. The government hopes to acknowledge the untiring efforts of doctors, nurses, paramedics and other healthcare officials for their ‘meritorious services’.
As per sources, the NCOC has paid tribute to the Pakistani people for showing resilience and health seeking behavior to combat the virus alongside the healthcare professionals, such as emergency responders and law enforcement forces, respectively.
It is to be noted that, 468 ventilators are reportedly in active use across the state out of a toal 1,518 ventilators allocated for COVID-19 patients in Pakistan. According to reports, a total of 225,283 cases have been detected so far:
- AJK 1,214
- Balochistan 10,717
- Gilgit-Baltistan 1,536
- Islamabad 13,292
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 27,506
- Punjab 80,297
- Sindh 9,0721
The number of deaths across Pakistan are reported as 4,619. The number of casualties in Sindh is 1,459, in Punjab it is 1,844, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa it is 1,002, it is 130 across Islamabad, 122 in Balochistan and 34 in AJK.
It is to be noted that so far, 1,372,825 tests have been conducted while, 729 hospitals offering COVID-19 facilities are currently operating with 5,199 patients admitted across the country.
