LAHORE (5th Oct, 2020): According to the reports of Baaghi TV, the dangerous corona virus spread from China has not been eradicated in Pakistan yet, more cases of corona virus are coming to light while deaths are also taking place.
According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), in the last 24 hours, 4 more deaths have been reported from the corona virus in Pakistan while 644 new cases have surfaced.
According to the NCOC, 375 Corona patients have recovered in the last 24 hours and the total number of healthy people has reached 298,968. The number of corona active cases across the country is 9,135.
The number of corona cases in Islamabad has reached 16,766. There are 99,812 patients in Punjab, 138,050 in Sindh, 37,973 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15,371 in Balochistan, 3,828 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 2,816 in Azad Kashmir.
According to the NCOC, the death toll from corona virus is 2,240 in Punjab, 2,520 in Sindh, 1,260 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 183 in Islamabad, 143 in Balochistan, 88 in Gilgit-Baltistan and there have been 76 deaths in Azad Kashmir.
There are facilities for corona patients in 735 hospitals in Pakistan and the number of ventilators for corona patients in hospitals is 1,920. There are 132 testing laboratories in the country and trace, test and quarantine strategies are working effectively in several cities.
