Lahore, 23rd March: According to the research being carried out by the doctors of the Agha Khan University Karachi, this virus attacks people with a low immune system, mostly the kids under the age of 5 and elderly above the age of 50.

Why the virus COVID-19 attacked the Chinese?

The research by the experts showed that this virus attacked the Chinese because they frequently (almost every day) eat rice with dirty animal meat, like dogs, cats, rats, etc, which weakens the immune system of a human being.

Why Italy?

The researchers also presented a theory about this virus attack on Italy, according to them its because Italians only eat Pizza. They don’t eat any other food except Pizza only!

According to the expert doctors, it is being suggested that to make your immune system strong one must eat all kinds of food items on different days and at different times.

Some healthy tips to fight against the coronavirus:

1. Sleep more than 8 hours a day.

2. Drink water or juices after every 2 hours.

3.Wash your hands more frequently with a sanitizer, soap or whatever.

4. Eat Pulses (Daal Masur, moong, chana, maash, etc.)                                                                                   5.Drink Milk and/or eat Yogurt (Dahi)

6.All types of flours (Aata), like wheat, rice, maize, oats flours.

7.All types of vegetables, like carrots, bhindi, potatoes, tomatoes, etc.

8.All types of fruits, like apples, bananas, strawberries, etc.

9.Eat eggs, fish and mutton meat.

10.Avoid junk food, like burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, etc.

Eating “Eggs” and “Bananas” are sufficient enough to maintain a strong immune system that fights the coronavirus.
