Islamabad, 2nd September: The Interior Ministry has rejected the visa extension request of the American female blogger Cynthia D Ritchie.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, Cynthia Ritchie has been ordered to leave Pakistan within 15 days.
Cynthia had applied for a visa extension to the Interior Ministry, which was rejected.

Earlier, the Islamabad High Court had granted the petition against the decision to reject Cynthia Ritchie’s application for registration of the case.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Athar Minallah issued a six-page written judgment.
The Justice of the Peace overstepped its authority in its August 5 decision, which did not take into account the law and the decisions of the Supreme Court when passing the order.
Islamabad Sessions Court dismisses Cynthia D. Ritchie’s FIR
The court wrote in its order that the decision to reject the application for registration of the case against Rehman Malik was quashed.
The court ruled that Cynthia de Ritchie’s application for registration of a case against Rehman Malik should be considered pending.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the Sessions Judge to refer the matter to the Justice of Peace for hearing on the petition of Cynthia Ritchie.
The verdict also said that the case should not be re-sent to the judge who pronounced the verdict on August 5 and a decision on the application for registration of the case should be taken within three weeks after hearing the parties.
