David Rose again tweeted about Shahbaz Sharif
Baaghi TV: A day before Shahbaz Sharif met the British High Commissioner, the NAB issued a court reference in which he and his sons laundered Rs 7.3 billion and withheld from their known income.
Shahbaz Sharif met the UK High Commissioner the day after the NAB issued a court reference alleging he and his sons laundered Rs 7.3 billion and acquired assets disproportionate to their known income. (NB, they deny this.) I wonder if his excellency @CTurnerFCO was aware of this? https://t.co/wNtDRnS1Ku pic.twitter.com/mFWOeu7uDo

Ali Imran, son-in-law of opposition Shahbaz Sharif, has filed a defamation suit against the British newspaper Daily Mail and journalist David Rose in London.
Ali Imran denied all allegations of corruption made by the Daily Mail in the case, saying that the Pakistani government used the Daily Mail for revenge and the Daily Mail deliberately made allegations of corruption without investigation.
Ali Imran further says the allegations in the Daily Mail were aimed at political revenge, torturing detainees and making statements against me, while never having anything to do with Department of International Development (DFID) funding.
It may be recalled that on July 14, 2019, the British newspaper Daily Mail had claimed that the family of former Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif stole the British aid received by the earthquake victims.
The report said that during the Shahbaz’s era, British aid agencies gave about 50 million pounds to Punjab.
Daily Mail correspondent David Rose says he will prove that the Sharif family did indeed transfer the large sums of money for the poor and earthquake victims to their accounts for personal use.
It is pertinent to mention that the British journalist David Rose had published an article in the Daily Mail which claimed that the family of former Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, who was used as a poster boy in British foreign aid, stole the donated amount for the earthquake victims.
Shahbaz Sharif’s British allegations of stealing aid to earthquake victims were denied by the Shahbaz family, Shahbaz Sharif’s son Salman Shahbaz has said that there is no evidence of these allegations. It is all government propaganda to defame him, Shahbaz Sharif had announced to send a legal notice against him.
