Assalaam Alaykum, Deeply deeply humbled for the most flattering comments and observations on “The Story”. It started out as weekend musings prompted by something written a year ago on 13 Sep 2019 and nudged by a Facebook reminder few days ago. There were no intentions to write my whole life story, nor to toot my horn, but simply to share some musings for an ego leveling catharsis. So if it came across as full of myself, my apologies. When I decided to pen this note of gratitude, I thought that I must mention all the names of all those wonderful souls who held my hand, who gave unconditional love, care, advice, opportunities, provided and offered all kinds of support, spiritual, intellectual, social, financial etc. This list has now reached three figures, and likely to grow further. All those wonderful people in my immediate and extended family, my dear friends and well wishers, my mentors and teachers, both spiritual and temporal who held my hands in my darkest hours of despair.
