Democracy is not allowed to run: Nawaz Sharif
Lahore, 20th September: PML-N leader and former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif said that democracy is not allowed to run at all.
Addressing All Parties Conference (APC), Nawaz Sharif thanked Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for inviting him to attend the conference virtually.
He said that now the democratic forces have stood up for democracy. He said that now the democratic forces have to play a role beyond the traditional protests. He has said that democracy does not allow certain forces to operate. First, they are weakened and then negated.
Bilawal Bhutto invited Nawaz Sharif for the APC meeting
Nawaz Sharif expressed that instead of respecting the vote, it is despised. Willingness is rigged to get election results.
He further said that the economy of the country is bad. Once peace and order prevailed in the beloved homeland. The honour of the daughter of the nation is being trampled on the motorway.
The hopes of the people of Kashmir are being dashed. In 70 years, Kashmir has not suffered as much as it did under this government.
Asif Zardari Nawaz Sharif to Attend APC Through Video-Link
He said that the Prime Minister of the country does not know what decisions are taken. “Now is the time to answer all these questions,” he said.
He also slammed the NAB, saying it was being used for taking revenge. This institution has completely lost its legitimacy.
PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari attended the all-party conference via video link and termed the APC as a joint effort of all participants.

Former President Asif Ali Zardari while addressing APC thanked PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif for accepting the invitation of the conference.
He said that we will restore democracy by removing the government. This is not a democracy. This is not how the country works. We have come not to overthrow the government but to save it.
