United States (US) President Donald Trump plans to celebrate Independence Day on July 4 at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, despite opposition from public health officials, environmentalists and tribal leaders.
The South Dakota governor said the event would not be socially isolated and would be attended by more than 7,000 people.
National Park officials have warned that fireworks at the event could set fire to bushes in this dry season.
