Who was Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan? The late Abdul Qadeer Khan, also known as A.Q., was born in Bhopal, India, on October 26th, 1936. During his 11th year, his father passed away, and his mother taught Urdu at the Islamia School for girls in Bhopal.
