Dr. Ammar Jan Detention Case, Lahore High Court issues order
According to Baaghi TV, a petition was heard in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the detention of Dr. Amar Jan, leader of the People’s Rights Movement. The court issued notice to DC Lahore on the application and sought reply within two weeks. The court restrained the execution of the petitioner, restraining the execution of the petitioner’s detention order.
