Drug case: Rana Sanaullah’s non-appearance in court, hearing adjourned

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the case against PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah was heard in the anti-narcotics court in Lahore.

The court asked the lawyer if all the accused are present in the court. The lawyer said that Rana Sanaullah is not in the court, the other 3 accused are present. The court said there was no way the accused would not appear. The lawyer said that Rana Sanaullah did not appear due to the National Assembly session.

PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah’s request for exemption from attendance was accepted. The court adjourned the hearing of the drug smuggling case till September 12.

Earlier, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking revocation of Rana Sanaullah’s bail. The petition seeking revocation of Rana Sanaullah’s bail has been filed by the ANF. The bail cancellation petition consists of 17 pages.

It is clear that Rana Sanaullah was released after six months in a drug case. Rana Sanaullah, president of the National Assembly, PML-N Punjab, who was released in a drug case, has said that the case has no head or feet. The circumstances under which I was imprisoned, I will not mention it. I was released on bail six months later but no justice was done. It should be noted that Rana Sanaullah was arrested by the ANF, later the court granted him bail.

The FIR filed against Rana Sanaullah states that when Rana Sanaullah was stopped, he insulted him and grabbed his collar. Rana Sanaullah tried to smuggle drugs using illegal powers. 21 kg of drugs were recovered from Rana Sanaullah’s car, including 15 kg of heroin. Action was taken against Rana Sanaullah on the information of the informant. It was reported that Rana Sanaullah’s vehicle contained drugs. Strategy was formulated to stop Rana Sanaullah’s vehicle.
