ISLAMABAD, October 07 (Online): Pakistan High Commission in UK officers have filed  their written  statement  in Islamabad High Court (IHC)  in connection with implementation of warrants of  former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.

Statements of first secretary of Pakistan high commission in London, Dildar Ali and Rao Abdul Hannan another officer have been filed in the court.

They said that they had tried twice in personal capacity and once through royal mail to get comply the warrants.

First secretary Dildar Ali has said in his statement that Waqar Ahmad secretary to son of Nawaz Sharif called me saying he will receive arrest warrants of Nawaz Sharif  at the residence of former PM Park lane London.  I told Waqar Ahmad I will inform him after obtaining approval from head of the mission.

Dildar Ali further said in his statement he informed high commission about his talks with Waqar Ahmad in connection with implementation of warrants.

He said “ I sought  permission  from high commission to get comply the warrants at the address given  by Waqar Ahmad. High commission gave me permission to do so.  It was agreed with Waqar that he will receive warrants at11 am on September 23. I told Waqar that consular attaché  Rao Abdul Hannan will come to him for implementation of warrants.

He continued “ at 10.20 Waqar  telephoned me and regretted to receive warrants.

Rao consular attaché Rao Abdul Hannan has said in his written statement that he went to Aven Field flats at 6.35 evening on September 17 for implementation of warrants but Muhammad Yaqoob personal servant of Nawaz Sharif refused to receive the warrants.
