Baaghi TV: Spokesman K-Electric has claimed that electricity is normal in 95% of Karachi. Spokesman Electric Noor Afshan said in a statement that due to accumulation of water in the city, there were difficulties in restoring electricity in some areas and people in areas where power restoration work was difficult were informed in advance. The spokesperson said that water had entered more than 50 per cent of the substations but they were in touch with the concerned agencies for drainage of water from the substations.
