ETPB serves 7-day eviction notice to Sheikh Rasheed for occupying Lal Haveli

Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has been involved in the illegal possession of  properties of the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) that lies under the premises of the Lal Haveli in Rawalpindi.

The ETPB deputy administration Asif Khan issued an eviction notice to Sheikh Rasheed that the occupant should leave the illigal occupation of Lal Haveli.

The seven properties including the subunits are at Lal Haveli, Rawalpindi.

The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has launched legal proceedings against Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed.

As per the eviction order, ETPB will use forceful eviction of the illegal occupant of Lal Haveli.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is ready to take action.

As per ETPB notice, the FIA will issue a summon notice to Sheikh Rasheed in the coming weeks.

In 2016, Awami Muslim League (AML) President Sheikh Rashid Ahmed also claimed that Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) had issued him a notice to vacate Lal Haveli.
