Every Pakistani condemns Sialkot incident: Ejaz Alam Augustine

LAHORE: A delegation of National Council of Interfaith Peace and Harmony led by Provincial Minister for Human Rights and Minority Affairs Ejaz Alam Augustine met with Sri Lankan Ambassador in his office at Islamabad.
The delegation expressed grief and sorrow over the Sialkot tragedy and condemned the violent incident by the mob.
Provincial Minister for Human Rights Ejaz Alam said that every citizen of Pakistani condemned the incident while entire nation stands with Prantha Kumar’s family and assured that the perpetrators of Sialkot tragedy will be brought to justice as such people were enemies of humanity. He further said that PM Pakistan gave the medal of bravery while Punjab Government also presented human rights award on the occasion of international human rights day. Ambassador of Sri Lanka also praised the role of Pakistani hero Malik Adnan, who tried to saved the life of Sri Lankan manager. Sri Lankan Ambassador Mohan Vajpayee Karma thanked the delegation for sharing the grief and said that we consider the Pakistani nation as our family. Their love and affection has won our hearts and prayed that in future such type of incident should not happened with anyone. Delegation included Prof. Mahmood Ghaznavi, Javed William, Hafiz Kazim Raza, Maulana Shakeel-ur-Rehman Nasir, Pastor Amjad Niyamt, Prof.
Masood Ahmad Hafiz Samiullah, Prof. Kalyan Singh and Pandit Rakesh Chand .
