Faisal Javed resigns from Pakistan-France parliamentary friendship group

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed has resigned from the Pakistan-France parliamentary friendship group in protest of the French President’s insulting behavior.
According to the details, Faisal Javed has has sent his resignation from the Pak-French Parliamentary Friendship Convention to the Chairman Senate.

The senator said that the Emmanuel Macron’s move would increase divisions in humanity, increase extremism, and demand global legislation against blasphemy.
Furthermore, he said that it is unacceptable to play with the emotions of Muslims in the name of freedom of expression and the French logic of this act is unacceptable.
