Faisalabad female torture: Court grants physical remand of accused

Faisalabad district magistrate Raja Ali Raza Wednesday granted a two-day physical remand to four accused involved in the Faisalabad medical student Khadija Mehmood brutal and humiliating torture case.

Court also sent female accused Maham to jail on judicial remand. Maham allegedly forced the medical student to lick her shoes and apologize to her.

Police were granted physical remand of Danish, Maham, Shoaib Asghar, Faizan, and Tayyab.

The inhumane videos went viral on social media and drew wide spread condemnation.

PMLQ leader Moonis Elahi requested everyone not to share the videos of the victim girl and respect the privacy of the girl.

As per Baaghi TV report, the victim girl turned down the marriage proposal of industrialist Danish Sheikh. But in response, Danish, and his gang including daughter Ana Sheikh and his wife Maham kidnapped Khadija Mehmood from her home and cut her hair to satisfy their ego in Faisalabad.

The victim was filmed by the accused and her video was put on internet.

CCPO Faisalabad Umar Saeed Malik took the notice and registered the case in the women’s police station against the culprits.
