
ISLAMABAD, Aug 5 (APP):The Kashmir Committee Chairman Fakhar Imam on Monday strongly condemned the Indian atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir and passage of a bill for depriving the Kashmiris of their rights by declaring the IOK, the Indian territory.
Briefing the media persons after chairing Kashmir committee meeting, he said that no unilateral steps by the Indian government could change the status of Kashmir as it would be against the resolutions of United Nations, according to which only Kashmiris had this right.
He said that Pakistan would exercise all possible options as India had sent more troops to destroy the peace IOK.
Pakistani people and government always stood with the Kashmiri people whereas the Indian government had always violated the international laws and UN resolutions, he added.
He said that Foreign Office had written to UN against the Indian aggression and asked for early steps avoiding any unwanted situation which might destroy the regional peace.
American president Trump had offered mediation in the matter against which Moodi had not shown any interest and passed such bill.
He said that impartial international peace institutions had various times spoke about the injustice of Indian government in IOK but no attention was paid to such matter by the International community.
