Farewell ceremony on transfer of PSO to CCPO held at headquarters

Lahore: A farewell ceremony, on the transfer of PSO to CCPO Inspector Muhammad Sarwar was held at Capital City Police Headquarters office today.

DSP Administration Khalid Mahmood, DSP Intelligence Rehan Jamal, newly posted PSO to CCPO DSP Kashif Dogar, DSP Rehan Jamal, senior police officers and officials of CCPO office participated in the ceremony. CCPO Lahore Additional IG Fayyaz Ahmad Dev was the chief guest on this occasion. The CCPO Lahore expressed best wishes for the future professional career of Inspector Muhammad Sarwar on his transfer to Investigation Punjab and presented souvenir as well as flowers bouquet in recognition of his meritorious services which they rendered for the Capital City Police Headquarters. Fayyaz Ahmad Dev lauded the performance of transferred officer and said that Police job is a lifestyle as each and every Policeman gives most of his time to country, performing hard duties, mostly in untoward situations, even missing ones domestic obligations. It is an honor for a Police officer when he spends his professional career with honesty, dignity and pride, Fayyaz Ahmad Dev added. Police officers and officials are “One Family” and we ensure to keep in touch with our transferred as well as retired members in future life as well and look after the affairs of their welfare, he pledged. DSP Admn Khalid Mahmood and other senior police officers expressed their best wishes for the new assignment of the transferred officer. Inspector Muhammad Sarwar expressed his heartiest gratitude on the gesture of love and respect bestowed by CCPO Lahore and colleague officers and fellow workers for disbursement of his duties in befitting manner during his tenure as PSO to CCPO Lahore. He also thanked the senior police officers and officials for expression of love and care by arranging graceful ceremony in his honour and guidance during his official career.
