Results of Matriculation Examinations 2021 announced

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has issued a policy for the promotion of matriculation and intermediate students, even if they didn’t score passing marks in their exams.

According to the notification issued by the federal board, the marks in the compulsory subjects of 9th and 10th will be given on the basis of marks of optional subjects.

The notification said that additional 5% marks will also be given in compulsory subjects while all the students who fail will be given 33% marks and passed, 50% marks will be given to students in practical subjects and practical subjects. The remaining 50% marks will be given on the basis of theory.

According to the FBISE notification, students who are absent in the examinations will be considered absent. The notification further said that in any case deviating from the policy, the decision would be vested in the Chairman Board.
