Islamabad, 22nd June: Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary education (FBISE) has announced the date for the release of SSC part- II and intermediate exam results on Sunday.
According to Baaghi TV, the FBISE has announced the date for the release of Matric and Intermediate results of the exams.
As per reports, the FBISE will announce SSC part-II examination results in the first week of July, while the Intermediate exam results will be announced in the third week of the next month.
On the other hand, chairman Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rao Atiq Ahmed has called a meeting of the Board of Governors on 30th June in order to seek approval for postponing examinations and promotion policy.

Meanwhile, the federal government has asked all the provincial authorities to come up with their suggestions regarding the resumption of the academic activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All provinces are asked to come up with their suggestion by 23rd June. The suggestion should include steps about how to protect teachers and students from contracting the virus.

The Ministry of Education sought proposals to reopen education institutes on a trial basis in the country. An inter-provincial conference of education ministers will be convened in order to lash out plans to resume educational activities.
Earlier, on the 18th of June, Prime Minister Imran Khan asked to ensure easy access to different teaching methods by distance learning and various sources and that all available means should be utilized for the purpose.
