FIA Cyber Crime Wing takes major step against creators of fake IDs on social media
Baaghi TV: People who make fake IDs on social media should prepare themselves, because preparations have been completed for a big operation against those who make money from citizens by means of such fake profiles.
According to reports, the FIA Cyber Crime Wing will arrest the network behind the fake IDs.
According to media reports, sources in the FIA Cyber Crime Wing say that the incidence of extorting money from people close to them by creating fake IDs on social networking sites is increasing day by day.

In the first seven weeks of 2021, the FIA Cyber Crime Wing received more than 3,000 written complaints. In which money is being extorted from citizens through social media fraud.
Asad Ahmed, a resident of Rawalpindi, told the media that an unidentified accused had created a fake ID in his name on Facebook. While the photo has been stolen from his real ID and put on a fake ID.
The person hiding behind the fake ID first sends a friend request to his close friends and later demands instant money after mentioning any difficulty.

Asad Ahmed said that he has made a written request to the FIA Cyber Crime Wing. Receiving the request, FIA officials assured that action would be taken soon against those running fake IDs.
However, FIA sources said that the cyber crime wing has completed the data of all such fake IDs. The help of IT experts will also be sought. While using various modern resources, the location of the people behind this crime will be obtained so that the criminals can be arrested by conducting raids in the respective areas.
FIA sources also said that Facebook and other social networking websites would be notified in writing at the official level so that information could also be accessed from the main server.
