A tourist coaster on Sunday skidded off the road and fell into a ravine on the Karakoram Highway near Thalichi in Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan, killing at least five people.

The coaster was going to Gilgit from Lahore. The rescue teams started the rescue operation and shifted several injured to the nearby hospital while the police also reached the spot.
