‘Fly Dubai’ to mark its first flight to Israel
Lahore, 26th November: Fly Dubai Airline made its first flight to Israel.
Baaghi TV: Fly Dubai, the UAE’s first airline, launched its first direct flight to Tel Aviv on Thursday, two months after the resumption of relations between the UAE and Israel.
The plane took off on Thursday morning, a media person at Dubai International Airport said. The flight lasts about four hours.
Earlier, Fly Dubai had announced that it would start regular flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv from November 26, 2020. The company will operate 14 flights a day between Dubai and Tel Aviv.
The announcement came shortly after the two countries signed an air transport agreement. Other UAE airlines have already started passenger and cargo flights between the two countries.
Earlier, Fly Dubai said in a statement that the company would operate 14 direct flights a week from Dubai to Tel Aviv. Bookings can be made in business and economy classes available on the company’s website.
