According to Baaghi TV, the OIC Video-link Conference summoned in respect to the growing aggression and violation of international law in Indian Occupied Kashmir, has been presided over today by the General Secretary of the OIC.

While addressing the video-link conference, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that India’s provocation over the LOC (Line of Control) has increased. He said that India is targeting the civilian population at the LOC. The Secretary General of the United Nations should take notice of India’s provocation, because it can ruin the peace of the region. The OIC should compel India to conduct a plebiscite in Occupied Kashmir according to United Nations peace resolutions.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi further said that India should allow an OIC delegation to visit Indian Occupied Kashmir to assess the situation. The international community should also take notice of India’s activities.

This extraordinary conference of the OIC Foreign Ministers had been called at Pakistan’s request. In the conference the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan, Turkey, KSA, Azerbaijan, and Nigeria were present, and the President of Azad Kashmir was present as a representative of the Kashmiri public.

OIC Secretary General Dr Yousef al-Othaimeen said that the conference has been called in reference to the extra-judicial killings of Kashmiri youth by the Indian Occupation Forces and various severe violations of human rights in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
