Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood’s response to India’s allegations of orchestrating drone strikes

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the conciliatory role in Afghanistan made it clear that Pakistan wants peace, we want good relations with all neighboring countries including India, India responded to the goodwill with the unconstitutional measures of August 5, 2019. The unilateral, unconstitutional measures taken by India have created tension. The Indian government is responsible for the deteriorating situation in occupied Kashmir. The Kashmiri leadership, which was part of the Delhi government in the past, is also unhappy with these measures. The meeting convened in recent days failed. Our position on the diplomatic front regarding occupied Kashmir is still clear.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi further said we want peace and stability in Afghanistan, we supported the Afghan side, President Biden has also said that the problem of Afghanistan The United States, China, Russia or other countries in the region can all facilitate the steps we have to take to protect ourselves, FATF demanded that money laundering be stopped, Prime Minister Imran Khan said. We want to curb and eradicate laundering. FATF is a technical forum, not political. India is using it for political purposes. Some internal and external forces want to disrupt Pakistan’s peace. Some internal and external forces want to divert Pakistan’s attention.
Referring to India’s allegations against Pakistan after the attacks on the Indian Air Force base in Jammu and Kashmir, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that India’s allegation of drones on Pakistan was baseless.
It is to be noted that according to the report of Baaghi TV, an attack was carried out on the air base in Jammu of India three days ago which was called drone attack. The investigation of the incident is underway. Visited the base and investigated the two blasts that took place. The blasts injured two Indian Air Force personnel and damaged the building.
According to Indian media, the sources of the investigation agency have claimed in the preliminary investigation that the explosive was dropped from the drone which caused the explosion but it has not been officially confirmed yet, an NIA official said. Investigations are underway. The facts will come to light soon. The first blast damaged the building and the second blast did not cause any damage as it was in an open area. However, two Indian Air Force personnel were injured and taken to hospital for medical treatment.
After the incident, security was tightened at high-security locations in Jammu and Indian security agencies were made more vigilant. After the incident, Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Deputy Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal HS Arora.
Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh termed the blasts as a terrorist attack and said police, air force and other agencies were investigating the attack. Two people have been arrested and are being investigated. Security has been heightened at Pathankot, Ambala, Ontipur and other places after the drone strike.
