Former cricketer Shoaib Akhtar urges Indian Govt to cancel IPL matches

Lahore, 26th April: Former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar has appealed to Indian and Pakistani cricket boards to cancel the cricket matches due to the worsening situation of coronavirus in the region. Pakistani fast-paced bowler Shoaib Akhtar appealed to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Sunday not to hold the IPL and PSL matches amid the alarming surge in COVID-19 cases in both countries. Akhtar took to his Twitter account to share his message along with a vlog that he released on his official YouTube channel on Sunday.
