Former IG and Old Ravian Tariq Khosa gifts valuable books to GCU

Lahore, 5th April: A gift of books have been given to the library of the Government College University (GCU) Lahore from the Old Ravian Union.

According to Baaghi TV’s report, Leading Old Ravian former IG Tariq Khosa dedicated his valuable books to the Government College University Library through the Old Raven Union.

President Old Ravian Union DIG Jahanzeb Nazir Khan and Secretary-General Dr Abdul Basit handed over the gift of books on history, art, literature and other subjects to Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr Asghar Zaidi.

He said that these books on unique topics are a rare asset for Government College University students and Old Ravians.

He added that a large part of the University Library is based on books dedicated to Old Ravians and the number of these books is more than one hundred and fifty thousand.

President Old Ravian Union Jahanzeb Nazir Khan paid homage to Old Ravians on the occasion and said that the union would always play its role for the betterment of the institution and welfare of the students.
