Four killed, more than 100 injured in Turkish factory blast

Baaghi TV reports that an explosion at a factory in Turkey has killed four people and injured more than 100.

At least four people have been killed and 41 others injured in an explosion at a cracker factory in the Turkish province of Sakarya, officials say.

The sound of a loud explosion was heard in the distance, people came out of their houses in fear. Security forces rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. The injured and bodies were shifted to a hospital.

At the time of the blast, 150 to 200 people were working in the factory. The factory had 10 tonnes of flammable material at the time of the blast, according to the news agency. Security forces launched an investigation into the scene and began gathering evidence.
