French President Tests Positive For COVID-19
Paris, 17th December: French President has fallen victim to the coronavirus pandemic.
Baaghi TV: The presidential Elysee Palace announced on Thursday that the French President Emmanuel Macron has tested positive for COVID-19.
Macron took a test “as soon as the first symptoms appeared,” a brief statement read. The French president will isolate himself for seven days.
“He will continue to work and take care of his activities at a distance,” it also added.
According to the latest reports, in the last 24 hours, 425 people have died of coronavirus in France. On the other hand, the number of deaths from COVID-19 worldwide has risen to 1.64 million, while more than 73.7 million patients have been affected by the global epidemic.
