Emmy Awards: “Game of Thrones” Takes the Top Drama Honor

Famous drama series of HBO “Game of Thrones” has collected the award of ‘top drama series’ at the 71st Primetime Emmy awards.
According to details, 71st Primetime Emmy awards took place in Los Angeles, where “Game of Thrones” stole the show after collecting the award of ‘top drama series’ while Amazon’s “Fleabag” triumphed in the best comedy category. HBO has collected nine awards in the award ceremony, including ‘Game of Thrones’ star Peter Dinklage in the supporting actor and Bill Hader in the lead comedy actor. Moreover, Chernobyl has collected three wins for directing, writing and limited series.
Reportedly, Amazon’s “Fleabag” has collected four awards, including best comedy series, Phoebe Waller Bridge for lead actress and writing in a comedy series and Harry Bradbeer for directing in a comedy series.
