Give justice to Kulsoom, the demand has become a top trend on Twitter, according to a Baaghi TV report. Anchor person Iqrar ul Hassan wrote on social networking site Twitter that Kulsoom, who was sold for Rs. 300,000, had Pashto as her mother tongue and Punjabi and Saraiki were spoken where she was imprisoned. When she addressed me as “my brother” (my brother), I found out that there is no language of oppression, no identity. Iqrar ul Hassan further said that even if we assume for a moment that it is a ritual to marry a girl by paying money, shouldn’t we also stand against this ritual?
