Government’s commendable decision for senior citizens

The government has taken an important step by giving respect and dignity to senior citizens.

The government has decided that corona vaccination of elderly people across the country will now be done at their home. Dr. Faisal Sultan informed people about this decision while talking to media.

Citizens over the age of 80 will be able to avail this facility. This at home vaccination facility will be implemented in all  provinces.

The federal government has ordered the provincial governments to start vaccination at home process and have requested the people contact the local health department for vaccination.

On the other hand, it has been announced to start the process of vaccination of youth in Pakistan in phases. Next month, most of the country’s population will be vaccinated.

Dr Faisal Sultan requested the citizens to follow precautionary measures and ensure all SOPs to avoid  corona virus. He said that vaccines are administered systematically.

Also,  Dr. Noshin Hamid said that uptill now, pakistan has received more than 900,000 doses of covid-19 vaccine. Those who choose government centers will get the vaccine free of charge.
