KARACHI: Police have decided to arrest the owners of vehicles with fancy number plates and tinted windows.
According to details, the police have decided to launch a campaign against vehicles with fancy number plates and tinted windows. DIG Traffic Karachi has issued instructions to all district SPs.
The order states that fancy number plates and glass stains will be seized by law.
According to the order, strict checking will be carried out daily from 11 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm. A police team of 8 personnel will be checking at each point.
District SPs of traffic have also been directed to deploy teams in the sub-division. The 8-member team will include 5 traffic police and 3 police personnel.
DIG Traffic has directed the District SPs to enlist the help of Excise and CPLC to make the campaign effective.
