Govt not to spare anyone after TLP gets declared an outlaw

Lahore, 15th April: A notification to ban Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) as a terrorist organization will be issued shortly by the government of Pakistan.

According to Baaghi TV’s report, Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed announced on Thursday that notification to declare (TLP) a terrorist organization will be issued soon.

Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the Prime Minister has given him and Noor-ul-Haq Qadri detailed instructions regarding Tehreek-e-Labbaik.

While addressing a press conference, Rasheed along with Religious Affairs Minister Noorul Haq Qadri, said that on Friday, a separate summary will be sent to the Federal Cabinet through the Supreme Court of Pakistan to dissolve the religiopolitical party TLP.

Sheikh Rasheed praised the sacrifices made by the police and Rangers to bring peace to the country amid violent protests by the TLP workers.

Baaghi TV reported earlier in the day that Federal Cabinet had approved the decision to put a ban on Tehreek-e-Labbaik under the anti-terrorism act.
