ISLAMABAD, Sep 26 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned the hearing of case pertaining to construction of Navy sailing club on the banks of Rawal lake owing to non -presence of Ashtar Ausaf, counsel for Navy.
IH C bench led by Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah took up the case for hearing Saturday. The assistant lawyer to Ashtar Ausaf requested the court to adjourn the hearing of the case. CDA sought more time to file detailed report in respect of club. The court while accepting CDA plea gave time to it for filing federal report. The hearing of the case was adjourned till October 12.
