HEC: Foreign universities should ask for permission

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) on Friday said that foreign colleges that plan to offer degree programs across Pakistan need to look for endorsement from the organization first.
Taking to Twitter, the committee shared a rundown of oversees colleges on Friday that offer Collaborative Degree Programs in Pakistan.

As indicated by the assertion:
“HEC has been enabled to endorse conditions under which foundations, including those that are not piece of the state’s instructive framework, might be opened and worked the nation over.”
It further expressed that “any neighborhood establishments or foreign projects would be considered as unlawful assuming they are not recorded.”
The organization further said that students can learn more about universities by visiting the official website hec.gov.pk/site/FCI.
