February 6, 2021: According to the report of Baghi TV, the case against Nawaz Sharif’s cousins was heard in the Lahore Banking Court on the issue of non-repayment of loans from banks. The accused lawyer said that all the five cousins of Nawaz Sharif have fallen victim to corona virus. Nawaz Sharif’s cousins cannot appear in the court.
To which the court responded, if the cousins are afflicted by the virus, then produce evidence to support that claim otherwise the law will decide the course of action.
The lawyer asked the court for time to submit the report of corona virus. The court ordered to submit the reports of corona virus till 4 pm. Banking Court Judge Munir Ahmad Joya heard the petitions of different banks. Before the Special Judge of the Banking Crimes Court Munir Ahmed Joya, the lawyer of the private bank took a stand that Ittefaq Mill and Kashmir Mill had taken a loan of Rs. 70 crore.
