Mango season is upon us and what better way to celebrate it than to make dessert out of it? Since summer is the season that truly embraces the king of fruits, Baaghi TV presents an easy-to-follow six-ingredient recipe for you!

What You Need
Mangoes, 6 (cut in cubes)
Cream, 200 ml (whipped)
Marie Biscuits, 6 half rolls (crushed)
Butter, 2 to 3 table spoons (melted)
Almonds, 12 (crushed, for garnish)
Pistachios, 12 (crushed, for garnish)

Take six mangoes. Peel them, and cut them into smaller pieces. Set aside 1/3 of the mangoes.
Put the remaining mangoes in a blender or use an electric beater to make a puree. Once that is done, divide it into two parts and store in the refrigerator to chill.

In a separate bowl, take 200 ml of cream, chilled in the freezer, and beat until soft peaks. Approximately seven to ten minutes. Add one-half of the mango puree to the cream and beat for 2 minutes.

On the side, crush your biscuits and add the melted butter. Mix properly.

How to Assemble?
Now take the dish you want to serve in and layer the crushed biscuits with the melted butter till the dish is covered completely. Softly pat with a spoon to ensure it is levelled before putting it in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
Once set, you can start on your second layer. Take the mango puree and add it on top of the biscuit mixture. Then add the cream mixture as a third layer and set it aside to chill for 30 minutes. Before you do this take out 3 table spoons of the cream to decorate the dish at the end.
Before serving take out the cubed mango and add it on top of the cream layer. This will be your last layer. Then use the cream and nuts to decorate the dessert.
