Music composer AR Rahman’s estranged wife, Saira Banu, released a fresh statement to the media, asking everyone to stop ‘tarnishing’ his name. The statement came five days after the couple announced their separation on social media, and requested privacy. In the statement, Saira expressed her love for Rahman, and asked YouTubers and the media to refrain from hurting him and their family. She also talked about her health, and mentioned that she has been living in Mumbai for a few months and undergoing treatment.
