Roy wrote, “In next elections, I will vote for the party who will clean Karachi, that means I will not vote at all.”
Political parties in Karachi have been playing politics at the campaign for cleaning the metropolitan city. Federal Minister Ali Zaidi also launched a campaign called ‘Clean Karachi’ in which he had claimed to clear the city, but according to reports, the campaign went in vain.
Similarly, former cricket captain Wasim Akram and his wife and social activist Shaniera Akram have also expressed their displeasure over the filthy situation of Karachi.
Roy has joined the bandwagon and wants to raise awareness through his social media and appeals to the authorities in his unique manner to look into cleaning Karachi.
